To buy this way, write to support@sourcesecure.ca with your firm's name and address and how many seats of each kind you need. We will send this form filled in, with the Terms of Service and the Data Processing Agreement it refers to, ready to sign. Payment is by card through Stripe, as on the order page. The blanks below are left for that.

This Order Form is between JOLIVE Labs Inc., 95 King William Court, Cambridge, Ontario N3C 4J3 ("SourceSecure") and the customer named below ("the Firm"). It is governed by the SourceSecure Terms of Service and the Data Processing Agreement, both attached, which form part of it.

Guard Enterprise requires at least five Enterprise seats, at least one of them a team head, and its price does not change with the number of seats. Guard, Guard Pro and Guard 360 are priced at the band for the Firm's total seat count, of every type together: the first price up to 19 seats, the second from 20, the third from 50. Prices exclude applicable taxes.
3. Term and billing

- Billing: ☐ Monthly ☐ Yearly in advance (ten times the monthly total; Guard Enterprise orders only). A Firm billed monthly may switch to yearly from the Billing tab; the switch takes effect at the next bill.
- Payment: by card, through Stripe.
- Renewal: renews for the same period unless either party gives notice before the end of the current period. The Firm may also cancel from the Billing tab; a yearly subscription runs to the end of the year paid for.
- Seat changes: seats may be added at any time at the rates above, prorated to the end of the current period.
4. Included with Guard Enterprise
The Living Vault, the firm playbook, firm policies (including the check-fails setting), the monthly compliance report, priority support, and one onboarding call with the Firm's team heads.

6. Documents incorporated
By signing, the Firm agrees to the SourceSecure Terms of Service (version effective 13 October 2026, terms-2026-10-13), the Data Processing Agreement (version dpa-2026-10-13) and the Acceptable Use Policy (version acceptable-use-2026-10-13), confirms it has read the Privacy Policy (version privacy-2026-10-13), and confirms the signer has authority to bind the Firm. Each version is published at its own address, for example sourcesecure.ca/terms/terms-2026-10-13.
